My wife and I went into the Essendon store to look at a King Size mattress. Alex assisted us with our options. She was vibrant, friendly, informative and accommodating. Clearly an asset to the company. We went back for a second visit and we now have a new bed! We are very happy with our decision. The bed is of a very high quality. It is true when they say confidently the quality of our sleep will improve. Indeed it has :) If you are looking for a new mattress, I highly recommend Chiropedic bedding and having a talk with Alex. Just wanted to shout out Alex one of the consultants we have been dealing with before and after COVID-19 hit. She has been lovely to deal with, very patient and gone above and beyond in helping us get our bed. Obliviously the product offered is at a high standard and doesn't disappoint and I can also say the customer service is the same at a very high standard. Highly recommend going in and definitely see Alex if you can.
