Outstanding customer service in shop. Vy is a gem. Delivery within one week, which is very prompt considering it's Christmas. Second bed that I have purchased from Chiropedic. No hesitation recommending them.

We recently went through the daunting task of buying new beds for the whole family. Katherine at the Essendon DFO made the process so easy and stress free. Very knowledgeable and helped us find exactly what we were after. We are so happy with our mattress’s and love that they are Australian owned and locally made. Definitely recommend checking out the Essendon store if you’re in the market for new bedding! 10/10

You could benefit with more staff. There are no signs regarding refund policy as no one knew what the policy was. There was confusion with the total price. The product itself is excellent. One salesperson was knowledgeable but another I felt was a little blasé. I was annoyed at one point but still would recommend the product wholeheartedly.

Good place to buy quality mattress. See, feel and buy. Lady Vy in store was very helpful to select mattress. One piece of advise always check online price to avoid any price difference issue. Second try to come on weekdays to avoid rush and find parking. Third advise always buy mattress protactor to protect mattress warrantie. Which you will definitely claim soon as these mattress will not reach to their warrantiey life as per my experience.
