Well I'm always on the lookout for something to help with my weight loss and after reading the reviews I decided to give this a try,I can definitely say that it helped me.I didn't feel bloated anymore, and it stopped the hunger pains that I used to have between meals, it also stopped me craving sweet things too , though if I wanted something I would have it , I cant say I noticed any inches come off me though I am a large lady so would be difficult to notice straight away , maybe I should measure myself first rather than sight or scales, I have purchased another bottle because I really did feel it helped me in the craving and hunger .. give it a go I'm sure you won't be disappointed
