I've only been using this for a couple of weeks but I am far less bloated, digestion has improved and I've lost a little bit of weight already. Surprisingly, the taste wasn't what I expected. Not too overpowering and medicine like, more a fruity floral weak water which makes it nice to drink. I've just purchased by 2nd bottle and hoping to see more weight loss results in the next month.
