I love this product and have been using this for several years now. It helps to keep my IBS under control & I also use it to help me maintain a healthy weight using a calorie controlled diet. I no longer feel uncomfortable and bloated. This truly is a game changer.

First day today. The taste isn’t fantastic but isn’t anywhere near as bad as I thought it would be. I have had energy to get me through the day and have kept any cravings at bay tonight. I didn’t feel hunger pains all day.
