Lucy was very patient and helpful answering all my questions. She confirmed that although purchasing an As Is product there is no need to be concerned about performance. She said that Toja stands behind their products and would not sell an As Is item if the product was not expected to perform. She said that the As items have superficial issues only. I appreciated Lucy's transparency and helpful suggestions.
