The ladies running the Toja Store take customer service to a whole new level! Shoutout to Sommer, Lily, & Josie for providing such a pleasant experience that truly exceeded my expectations. I was initially upset to hear that my furniture was delayed by some months after purchasing in March, but they constantly kept me updated and I understand that the company has no control over the delays. If possible, make the trip to Toja, not only to see the furniture in person but also to experience the superb customer service that you wouldn't get online. The staff were patient in looking at my space and recommending the best furniture sets, colour combinations, and pillow combinations for my backyard. My set just came in last week and Toja scheduled delivery for the very next day. I love my new set, the quality of the furniture is amazing! The frame is so heavy/sturdy and the cushions are a Sunbrella fabric. I actually spilled red wine on my cushions the other night and the stain came right out haha! Thank you, Toja Team.
