We had never heard of Toja before, but then someone recommended them to us when they heard we were shopping for patio furniture. I'm so glad that we found them! We wanted to buy a quality set that will last, and we found that our previous furniture from big box stores didn't have the longevity that we were hoping for. Lucy was so helpful at Toja when we were shopping, explaining the difference between the different types of materials and the pros and cons for each (eg. half-round vs. full-round rattan vs. aluminum). We returned to the store a second time a week later, after we had some time to think about our options and check out some other stores. Lucy was there again, and she helped us to make our final decisions about the Fyrst collection that we loved. She carried so many cushions around the showroom so that we could actually see the how the different colours of fabric would look to help us make our colour choice, rather than just telling us to look at the colour swatches. She did not pressure us into anything and made us feel welcome, even though we were there for quite a while. She even kindly included some throw pillows for our new set. Thank you, Lucy! We chose to rent our own U-Haul for less than $50 and pick up the set ourselves, rather than having it delivered for the $150 delivery fee. Pick-up was so easy and well-organized. The guys in the warehouse loaded the furniture into the truck quickly for us so that we could bring it home. We are so happy with our new patio furniture and we look forward to having it for many years!
