Bobbie and the team at Dyer Mortgage are Top Guns! We worked together to achieve an unprecedented result with my VA loan. I thought my business might be considered small, however, Bobbie always made me feel special and important. I was privy to only two of the phone conversations conducted on my behalf as the terms, conditions, and interest rate were being negotiated. It was amazing to listen as she dissected the contract to my favor. With todays rates around 8%, Dyer Mortgage fought for me and won. We signed at 4.3%. I was dreaming about buying an house, itโs was just a dream because I was so far of ready to do that. But Maxine made my dream come true. When I met her my credit was so bad and everyone else I contacted before her asked me to wait for an other 6 months until I fixed my credit. But Maxine just as a coach who telling his players what to do at the last minute of a basketball game, she took her time and explained to me exactly what to do to get to the credit score that I needed. I followed her instructions and I was in my new house a month later. Not only helped me with my credit situation but she also put me in the house with a monthly payment that I donโt have an headache to pay. Finally managed to realize my dream of moving back home to Florida from Washington state and buying a home! Had NO idea who to turn to regarding mortgages but was given the name of Dyer Mortgage in Melbourne by a lady who stopped by my YARD SALE! And am I glad she did!
My call to Dyer was answered by Angel Pacheco who guided me EVERY STEP OF THE WAY to getting the perfect mortgage for me.
