Talk about awesome customer service !!! Amber in service went above and beyond taking care of me while my car was being serviced. I had a newly transferred warranty that I was worried would give some problems and she handled it all with bliss. She put me in an awesome loaner vehicle while mine was in the shop. She got all the repairs approved by the warranty with ease. I got my vehicle back and it’s better than ever. Will for sure return and ask for Amber again next time I need service. I have used Sunrise Chevy twice and have been very happy with the service and honesty that Jorge provided. the 1st time was just a 90k inspection and airbag recall. I was advised that it would be most affordable for me to wait until I needed to get new tires to replace the 2 missing tire sensors.
My 2nd visit was because another dealership forgot to plug back in a sensor casing the SES light to come on and the fan to continually run. the "Other" dealership also wanted to charge me $6k for an axel issue that Sunrise said did not exist. I also like their form of communication - everything comes through a text. communication and checklists. Very helpful when you are at work. I will only use Sunrise for my service needs.

Had a recall on my 21 Camaro, I’ve been here before and was always helped by Julia. I’ve had other cars and have been to other dealers going through with service but I love coming to sunrise because Julia makes it such an easy and quick process. My last visit on the 6th I walked into the offices, Julia was handling a phone call and still helped me drop off my car and get me situated. I was in for about 30 minutes, got a text asap for when my car was ready and I could tell when it was ready since I can hear it all the way from the waiting lounge, signed some papers and was out in basically an hour. By far the best customer service I’ve experienced from any dealership service center!

This place didn’t have the traverse I wanted, every single one I looked at kept missing something I wanted, so they said “Let’s build it for you!!” My Customer Rep Elias was phenomenal! Got every part of it right, gave me his honest opinion on everything. And even when I thought I might want an unnecessary feature he knew I’d regret getting, he voiced it out. Made me feel like he really cared and wanted me to love every part of my purchase and not regret a single thing. I had gone to 4 other Chevy dealers looking for the exact customer service care Elias delivered!! I love my new truck and don’t regret a single thing. Even getting the black lug nuts.
