Leaving this review for Tracey, Elisha and Daniel from the support team and Harristown warehouse. You guys are absolutely fantastic! We were on the hunt for spare awning poles for our tent bought in New Zealand - manufacturer here wouldn't support its local retailers, and their Australian branch, not much better. Couldn't supply Tenttown either. But Tracey didn't give up. She found a spare ex-display set for us FOR FREE and organised with Elisha for it to be picked up by a courier we organised. Daniel then helped to sort out the Customs paperwork. It is now on it's way to NZ and you've saved our camping holiday! You rock!

Went in looking at portable fridge/freezers, Bruce and Bianca were very knowledgeable, friendly, without being pushy. They went over and above with their customer service (even taking the fridge to our car to see if it would fit). Bought the 44L Dometic fridge/freezer. Always love shopping here! Thank you!

I am so glad I bought my tent from tentworld. The customer service is flawless. When I have needed assistance, the knowledgeable & dedicated staff have been so helpful, from researching, correspondence, to delivery or pick-up. Tentworld at Toowoomba have a large variety of products to make camping, more comfortable & enjoyable. Tentworld is definitely a one stop camping shop. Tentworld also care about their customers after the sale has been made.

I purchased a 8P tent a couple of years ago online. Not long after it arrived I suffered 2 consecutive serious leg injuries and couldn't go camping for over 2 years. By year 3 , got my family ready to go camping early next morning and dusted off the tent to discover I had been sent the wrong tent by Tentworld. Contacted them not expecting much help due to how much time had passed. Received the opposite, they tried everything to try and get a tent by the next morning. In the end they had none in stock or one they could get to me overnight so they gave me a full refund (I purchased the tent from another provider). They even paid for the return of the tent and sent a courier to my house to collect. 2 days later full refund!! Amazing customer service by Tentworld!!

Bianca was friendly and very helpful in choosing LP Gas gear. A gas adaptor was out of stock so Bianca looked it up online and printed off pictures of correct fittings for me so I was able to purchase one elsewhere.

On a road trip from interstate, just ducked in today, 15 minutes before closing to get a few essential items to deck out my rooftop tent. I wasn't sure which mattress to purchase, but Kylie and the other lady working were most helpful. Friendly, customer service. A great experience shopping here.

A great store with loads of gear all neatly crammed in. And absolutely incredible service. I've had a list of gear I've been thinking about getting for ages but never committing. With the excellent excellent service I got at this tentworld I bought most of the list and don't regret any of it. First time I visited I arrived (unwittingly) 2 minutes before close. Not only did they let me in but were more than happy to help me find what I needed AND show me how to use it. After that experience I went back with my list. I spent at least half an hour with one staff member as he patiently explained UHF radios, the variety of fire pits, camp ovens and even the finer points of porta-loo chemicals. Thanks Toowoomba team for a great experience. I highly recommend.

Soooo, after initially receiving such good service the first time, I decided to go back and purchase a couple of yeti coffee tumblers. So I did that on Wednesday 7th September. I then found one of the tumblers to be faulty and leaked badly from the lid. I took it back the very next day during my lunch break and the 2 ladies at the store were extremely argumentative and tried telling me they were supposed to leak as much as I described. I then pointed out on the packaging that they weren't supposed to leak that much according to yeti. They still tried arguing and were very reluctant to offer me a solution. I was eventually told that I couldn't have a refund, only an exchange. I was happy with that and bought a more expensive one and paid the difference. Totally different experience to the first time I was there. Probably won't go back now.

Not being a computer savvy, Elisha helped me out with my order over the phone, and I received the portable washing machine not long after. Not only was the service great and valuable but I got a discount since this was my first order. I was made aware of the pros and cons because of the small size of what I ordered: an added bonus is that freight was included.

As a former ADF sniper I was annoyed when my son told me he had bought a premade ghillie suit from you.
He has now received it and I must say for $100 it is a great suit straight out of the box.
Good design and fit, would highly recommend for your next gelball or mil sim event.
