Recently purchased a vehicle from Nemer VW. Michael & Jacob were very nice to work with and helped me find my dream SUV within my budget. The process itself(signing for car, etc) took awhile. My husband and I waited over an hour and a half to sign for our car. In total we were at the dealership for 3.5 hours and all we needed to do was sign for the car since everything else was done the day prior. Overall, my experience was good & I am very happy with my purchase. 4 stars because of waiting over 1.5 hours to sign papers.

In love with my new Taos and Jacob was more then a pleasure too deal with, he basically pulled the entire lot of cars around for me so I could test drive what I wanted lol, but he was patient, didn't force, and wanted me too secure happiness with my purchase and I couldn't be happier! Archie helped out my husband and I with getting our new Atlas and made the process a breeze. There were no cringey, stereotypical sales pitches to be heard. You could tell that Archie genuinely cared about making sure we left with what suited our family best. I had a minor issue with my vehicle (not any fault of Nemer) and immediately Archie made sure that right at the cusp of closing that my vehicle got sent to the service department and me and my kids got put into a loaner so we weren't stranded for the night. He has communicated with me about every step in the process of my new vehicle with insurance etc, and let me know what is going on with the repair on my car. I'm never in the dark or wondering what's happening or what to do next. He's made everything so easy. I cannot recommend them enough. We sent our friends there as well and they even bought a new Atlas too. Everyone at the dealership is super friendly and welcoming. If I need a new car in the future I know exactly where to go first. Every other dealership in the area needs to up their game, because we went to almost every single one that day and NONE of them came close to the hospitality and service we received from Archie. Very simple and easy car buying experience. They made it possible to just test drive, get a fair price and then settle up. Much smoother than a lot of competitors where I don’t want the back and forth of price negotiation. Nemer Martin VW just gave me a competitive price and took the foolery out in the middle. I also felt no pressure as a buyer, and felt the process overall was a lot smoother than my other car purchase experiences.
