I'm honestly so appalled by the level of customer service this company has. We had an issue that they admitted was on their end but straight up told us they were not going to spend time fixing it because we are using the free service. Do not offer a free service if you do not plan on it working. It's a bad business practice and you just guarenteed that we would never spend money on upgrading with your company.

Unimpressed! Tried to delete my account and they told me it would take a few days >:(
