Words can’t describe how wonderful the experience was at Chu Institute. From the first time I walked in I felt taken care of. I am so glad I chose to go here for my lasik surgery. It is truly a pleasure to be in the presence of Dr. Chu and all of the staff there. They were all so lovely and made the experience amazing. Just great experience with everyone from the staff member greeting me at the door to Dr. Chu personally checking with me before each surgery. I was told by another provider that they couldn't do anything for my cataracts. That was not the case at Chu Vision. Amazing to be able to see again and just couldn't be happier with my experience. Amazing customer service, super organized and a really efficient system for the whole process. I can see far away, read, drive at night with no issues...it truly is like a new lease on life!
