I had a wonderful experience at the Chu Vision Institute. My eyesight was very poor, and after my cataract surgery it has been amazing. I have worn glasses since I was in third grade and contacts since I was 14. I am amazed at my vision. I am still trying to get used to the fact that I don’t have to take my contacts out every night or put them in in the morning. I would highly recommend a Chu Vision Institute. Dr. Chu is amazing and very pleasant! And all of the staff at Chu Vision Institute are kind, knowledgeable and very helpful.

Great experience, all of my questions and concerns were answered and they always made me feel at ease. The staff starting at check in are all friendly and helpful, the nurses are great and Dr. Heckman and Dr. Chu are always upbeat and continue to stay updated in changes in procedures and technology. I highly recommend Chu Vision Institute.

Cataracts surgery. From my first checkup appointment in Feb to the surgeries and checkups thru May, I cannot say enough positive things about Chu Vision. I Highly recommend Chu Vision from your regular check ups to anything pertaining to your eyes. The Staff, facilities, equipment, technology, techniques, appointments, continuing care, updates, are all 5 star outstanding! The Staff are ALL 5 STAR Pros. After my second cataract surgery, the next day check up, my vision was so improved even while still recovering from day before surgery. The blue sky, white clouds, green glass, and my blue eyes ( not milky dirty brown) and distance vision We’re all back. It had been years! Now no glasses , except some occasional over the counter 1.25 cheaters for some small close up work. All I can say to sum it up is ….Just GO to CHU!

The staff is very friendly and made me comfortable through the whole process. Dr Chu talked me through the whole procedure and incourageing I am happy with the results and wish I would have done Lasik surgery earlier. What an experience to get rid of glasses.

Everyone is so friendly and supportive. I had been to 2 other eye doctors trying to figure out why I was having trouble seeing. The Chu Eye Institute found out that I have macular degeneration. They have been so supportive, they are setting up an appointment for me to have my cataracts removed to help me see better. They are so professional and thorough. I am so happy a friend referred them to me.

Chu Vision Institute runs pretty much like clockwork. The large, well-trained staff was always courteous and friendly. They all went about their business professionally and efficiently. The information and instruction provided were more than adequate. Though encounters with them were brief and carefully choreographed, the staff managed through phone calls and other personal touches to convey their concern for you.
