Tremendous service and the entire staff is great. I can’t believe the before and after difference in my eyes. Literally a fog has been lifted. I was nervous before the first surgery, but they make it quick and painless. Recovery is amazingly fast. Everything is so bright and the whites are so white. Why did I wait the extra year. I was a chicken for nothing!

Everything went as it was explained to me. Very professional experience. After 24 hours, I was seeing 20/20 and could hardly tell that I had the surgery, my eyes felt normal.

My experience at Chu Vison was awesome. I had cataract surgery on both eyes, one week apart. I was so amazed at how good my vision was right after the first eye! It was amazing to see the difference in clarity, contrast, and color. The second eye had the same result. I'm very happy with my new eyes!! I would definitely recommend Dr Chu and his team.

There is not a question or concern too small or too large that is not answered and taken care of with focused and positive attention from Dr. Chu and his ENTIRE staff. Besides being given “new eyes” , I felt like I had been surrounded and enveloped with an air of positivity and genuine concern. How good is that for the healing process?!?! My experience was outstanding and I know I was not alone! Even the person who stepped outside to meet us in the frigid temps as we arrived was positive and happy to be doing her job! Well done! To each and everyone at Chu Institute!, I am very grateful!!!

My Chu Vision experience has been excellent…nothing short of outstanding. They are very professional, easily accessible throughout the process and the results are what they predicted when we first started. I didn’t have a lot of questions when I went through the surgeries and recovery as the staff, including Dr Chu, were very through explaining before hand what the experience was going to entail. All in all, I couldn’t be more satisfied and have recommended their clinic to friends.

From pre-op to post-op, Chu vision institute is 5/5 stars for me! I had LASIK done and I was so impressed.
Pre-op included a screening process with a tech and Dr. Bunnell, all of which went very smooth and answered both myself and my mom’s questions.
Day of, I was only in the office for less than an hour. The nurse in pre-op was so great, and I got an opportunity for before photos. Dr. Chu came by and said hi before I went back to the laser room. Once in the laser room, Dr. Chu and his team were great in explaining every step of the procedure. The procedure itself was so quick, I was very surprised! I went home and rested as suggested, woke up, and I could see! It was great.
Came in the next day for a post-op appointment, was checked by a tech, Dr. Bunnell, and Dr. Chu. I am now seeing 20/20 and was able to drive myself home to St. Cloud afterwards.
I cannot say enough great things about the team at Chu vision institute and about the LASIK procedure. I am forever thankful for the whole team. Next up is my one month check up! Thank you, Dr. Chu and team!

I don’t have enough good things to say about Dr. Chu and his staff. They are extremely friendly and make you feel comfortable start to finish. Their communication is unmatched and attention to detail is amazing. I’d recommend them to anyone who is thinking of getting Lasik done.
