Their customer service is amazing, I've been to Serra Toyota, Ford, and Chevy dealerships but Watsons surely delivers. They treated me with respect and were very courteous. I've purchased 2 vehicles from them since 2006 and each time my car needed a repair they made it easy by lending me a car at no cost and even coming to pick me up or swap cars to make my day easier. Peace of mind is accurate when purchasing a vehicle from their dealership.

Had a grinding noise in the rear end of my 2019 Ram. Service mgr, Nathan, took the truck for a test and the two technicians, Adam and Adam identified the problem as the rear differential. They fixed the problem and had us back on the road in a day. All warranty work and no charge to boot. The folks at Watson's saved the rest of our vacation in northern Michigan after towing our camper all the way from Houston, Tx. AND...1800 miles later she tows like a champ and no issues.Thanks folks!

The have repaired what was needed and not issues that weren't issues. Nathaniel in the service is nice respectful and accommodating, thanks hope not to go back anytime soon though. I purchased my current van from them within an hour of walking in the door.

Back on memorial day weekend 2019, my wife's brand new Pacifica got an error with the computer system. This was on a Saturday. Service department was closed. I called and spoke to Ryan fennel, amazing guy. He told me to bring it in and they would take care of it on Tuesday when the shop opened. Wife took it in, he gave her some keys to a loaner. They didn't want her to be without a car for that busy weekend. They never had to offer her one or anything. They went above and way beyond to make sure that we have been taken care of since the second we stepped on to lot. Top notch people there!!! They have a customer for life after that!!!

The guys at Manistee Watson’s were a great bunch to spend a Friday shopping with! Ryan Fennell was very helpful! This was the best vehicle shopping experience I’ve ever had... listen I was going to go clothes shopping and these guys talked me right out of my clothes and into a new truck!! Truck fits way better than the jeans I needed anyway!!! You guys are awesome!!
