I have been bringing all my cars here for about 3 years. Oil change price is the best around, great, fast service. Kenny & front staff go out of their way to give the best price possible. Bernard has even arranged to drop me off and pick me up when I've needed it. I can just give the lovely kerri in the front office a call if I'm running late to work and let her know what my car needs and she has my receipt printed when I arrive. I've even brought in my own parts I've bought online for them to install if my husband doesn't have the right tools to do it. They do it all, 1 stop shop for sure! I LOVE TIRE PROS!

A stopped by to get a flat fixed Roy jumps Wright over you in the parking lot, and if you happen to ask questions. His favorite words are cheap. When I asked for an exact price it as 2500.00 dollars, how business oriented is this?My advise stay clear of Northridge Tire Pros or Big Brand Tire. When I was walking to my vehicle, I heard Roy state that employees are A Fucking Dime A Dozen, just get another Taco for less pay.ROY sounded like a Geatapo SS.

Came in for a flat repair, Bernard was busy as usual. When it was my turn in line, Bernard was busy rolling his hand like get to it. I chose to drive over To Just Tires, and they were very Friendly and not rolling their hand. Bernard should be let go.

One of the worse customer services I have ever experienced! I am not well versed in terms of tires and before investing 1k in 4 tires for my car, I have to ask questions and options. I talked to the owner over the phone ( I know it was him as I have seen him at their store since it's not my first time buying from there) and the level of condescending attitude towards me as a woman was beyond when I asked him to repeat my options as I wasn't''t pretty clear on his suggestions. They should put a sign in their door "MEN ONLY ". I am sure my business will be welcome elsewhere. Never ever Northridge Tire Pros.

Unless you have a new car don't go there mechanics don't want to work on your cars I was told by the owner for both of my cars my money is good after 2002 $4,000 in repairs forgot to put transmission fluid in my transmission after rewriting my radiator and doing my engine rebuild so my transmission 3 days later started slipping and sticking in second gear checked fluid all black clutch is burned owner says sorry I should have checked that well I brought in another car so he could make it right always ask for old Parts when I asked for mine they were thrown away as per fuel filter and cleaning my gas tank now I have two cars that don't work warning to all
