Unacceptable service. Had to wait for over a month to get my rabbit neutering appointment, for them only to call ONE WEEK before the appointment and advise that the Dr has changed and the new one DOESN'T DO NEUTERING ON RABBITS?!! Lady on a phone wasn't helpful at all and said I will have to 'try' to find an alternative clinic. What a joke! This has caused a lot of inconvenience, as I had to book time off work and now forced to find a new clinic and it won't be within walking distance, causing more inconvenience... Waste of time! Don't bother with them as they have been unprofessional since day 1.

My dog was well treated at the clinic, but passed away a few days later after visiting Goddard vet. The vet said it wasn't serious, but still a few days later I found out from another vet that my dog was having seizures and had high blood pressure. Unfortunately I had to put him down there because it was already too late the damage was done because of I miss diagnose at the Goddard. Always get a second opinion, don't always trust vets and doctors because they can be wrong.

Has anyone had any positive outcomes from Goddard Vet at W3? This is sad. I took my dog to Goddard Vet to be put to sleep on 27 Dec 2021. Just bear in mind l made an appointment for 4.30 pm at 2 pm. As anyone can imagine how difficult this is. But sometimes we have to deal with worse than we imagine. I arrived for my appointment at 4.27. We did all we could to keep my baby comfortable. The Vet prepared him for a final goodbye. shaved and inserted needle. She left us for 10 minutes to say a final goodbye. But, she despaired for 20 minutes only to return to say they haven't got enough medicine to put my baby to sleep. So she asked us if we could return the next day to do the procedure which made me sick to my stomach. And l said no. So she offered us to go to Med Vet at Northolt and she said she will waive euthanise fee if we manage to get ourselves there. We knew we have to say goodbye to him because he was suffering and he has not eaten for himself on the day. She was very clear we should stop his suffering as soon as possible. Which l knew was the kindest thing to do for him. We called 5 Uber and begged them to take us there only one of them agreed. I'll be ever grateful to that Uber driver. That is not all. It got worse before the matter was settled. I and my son are traumatised. We haven't been to work and slept and eating is impossible. I'm sure every vet surgery have portal calls. To check if they have enough medication to treat or euthanise the animal. We have been hell and back. All our memories with our sweet boy has been destroyed. I'll have to live with that day until l die.

They should be ashamed of themselves after inflicting inhumane treatment to a pet they were going to put to sleep. Ran out of medicine midway thru procedure and caused the pet and owner pain for hours until a new vet was found. Sheer incompetence!!! Never go here!
