I ordered my Goddaughter her first personalised robe for her 1st Birthday. From placing my order online to receiving it to my door it was 24 hours. The quality was out of this world. Emma is super efficient and is so helpful and professional in all aspects. My 6 year old daughter wants one for her birthday as well as my goddaughters aunts all want one for xmas 🖒, everyone fell in love . I will be back for more...keep up the amazing work Emma.

Brilliant customer service. I had a very tight deadline to get the robe delivered and Emma ensured it was with me in less then 24 hours. When there was a slight mistake in the writing the robe they got back to me straight away and was personally collected from me and back to me very quickly, ensuring I had it in time for my friends birthday as it was a gift. Very impressed!
