She also stayed in touch to offer info on all current CDC recommendations and guidelines for traveling out of country. Our vacation was seamless and perfect. We recently worked with Jess Milano on a two-week vacation at the Iberostar in Cozumel, Mexico. Jess made all the arrangements, checked with us on resort and flight options, and before our trip called to review the itinerary. She scheduled transfers and made this a seamless process. She made recommendations on activities and helped schedule dinner in one of the specialty restaurants. We have been working with her on a Mediterranean cruise and she is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. She responds to questions in a timely manner. She looks for special deals and is willing to assist in any way to ensure a great trip. Jess has been making travel arrangements for us during the past three or four years and is a great asset to this travel agency.

My wife and I were referred to Jess a little over a year ago. It was our first experience using a travel agent. I was HIGHLY impressed. Jess literally found the BEST resort in Cancun (several other guests and friends that we made while staying there shared with us that they go back year after year because its the best). We loved the experience with Jess so much that we had her send us back a year later. Shortly after returning from our second First Discount Travel trip, we reached out to Jess yet again and had her book us a third trip. I've since referred her to friends and family and we will continue to use her, along with FDT for years to come.

Our experience with first discount travel was amazing. We came to them on very short notice to get our honeymoon booked. With covid we were very late to pull the tigger, we wanted to leave in 2 days and weren’t sure it was even possible but they got it done! First discount travel was highly recommended to us on Facebook and I hope this review helps others choose them for any of their travel needs. We mainly worked with Kelli who was incredibly responsive and progressional. She helped guide us through what we wanted in a honeymoon and picked the perfect resort, Unico 20 87. Everything worked perfect from the flights and private shuttle to the resort all the way to the service at the resort and follow up from Kelli after the trip. We loved our stay so much we booked an extra day and all it took was one email to Kelli. The whole process was stress free. I noticed that if Kelli was out of the office for any reason or if she was tied up with another customer, her coworkers were there to answer any questions immediately. We mostly talked to holly if Kelli was unavailable but you can tell each person at first discount travel takes genuine care of each other and work well as a team. We’ve already recommended first discount travel to several friends and hope you will use them as well. You won’t be disappointed.

I have used First Discount Travel twice now and I cannot express how awesome they truly are! Due to the bombing that happened in Nashville we had a lot of issues with our airline and going to our destination, it was a complete nightmare. I will seriously never book a big vacation without their help again. I worked with Holly and she is absolutely AMAZING! To say she helped my husband and I book our honeymoon would be a gross understatement. Being 2020 and all the uncertainty that's gone on this year, we had to change our honeymoon completely several times for different reasons. Holly was there through everything, getting us the best room, being on hold with the airline idk how many times for COVID-19 updates and flight changes. She took care of everything, my honeymoon was the one thing I didn't stress over because I knew Holly was in charge. She's incredible and I can't say enough good things about her and FDT.

Jess Milano is a Rockstar!! COVID-19 has been no friend to us; Jess has had to reschedule the same trip on multiple occasions (side note: I know it was tough work because I tried to do some of it on my own to assist, which I was able to get nowhere). Due to the unforeseen circumstances of the pandemic, we still haven’t been able to go on that specific trip (Thailand & Vietnam). Meanwhile, I have been itching to travel. I reached out to Jess in hopes she would be able to plan a getaway trip in less than one month. I wouldn’t say I am “over the top”, but Jess knows there are somethings I will not budge on as I am very particular. Needless to say, I know I am not her easiest client. Not only did she plan this trip for my husband and I in less than one week, but she completely went above and beyond our expectations. We booked 6 nights in the Caribbean at an unbelievable discount; it was WELL WORTH IT. If you are looking for a travel agent, look no further. Call Jess. Jess Milano at First Discount Travel was nothing short of amazing at helping my wife and I make our dream wedding/honeymoon a beautiful reality in Bora Bora. She went above and beyond other travel agents that we have previously worked with. She was able to get us super early check in (other couples checking in at the same time were told they had to wait 5 hours before their room would be ready. We got ours right away!) also was able to get us a late check out since our flight wasn't until 5:30pmWe all the craziness of Covid travel restrictions we couldn't have been the easiest clients to deal with haha! But she was super professional, caring and genuinely was rooting for our trip to Bora Bora happen. We will definitely be using Jess Milano and First Discount Travel again! We literally won't book a trip now without calling Jerry and his team at first discount travel. We have gone on the most amazing trips, to the most amazing places because of them. Huge shout out to Candice Waldeck at First Discount Travel for helping us plan a mother/daughter trip to Hilton Head SC in September 2020. She found the perfect resort for us right on the beach- it was exactly what we were looking for! We had an amazing view! She helped make other recommendations on activities and restaurants to try. I had the best Hibachi of my life!! Candice was always availaible, provided great information, was open, honest and also went over all of the new Covid protocols ahead of time so we could be prepared. Thanks to her, our entire trip was smooth and relaxing. We appreciate all of her help and expertise! I used to book all of my trips on my own. But now I will be using Candice for all of our travel plans going forward!
