I ordered a 12 x 20 garage with all steel exterior. The ordering process was great and with a couple of phone calls my questions were answered. The garage was completed and delivered ahead of schedule. The gentleman who delivered and placed our garage was polite and hustled the entire time. The garage is constructed with quality material and is exactly what I expected. Overall my purchasing experience was great. We are already hoping to purchase another building next summer. I just came inside from adding some extra shelves inside our 12X12 barn. The materials, design, and craftsmanship are of the highest quality. Phil and his entire crew (shop and office) are very knowledgeable and really great to work with. Our grandchildren are all adults, and they keep asking what they need to do in order to live in the barn. They even have offered decorating suggestions. I may need another one for my lawn equipment!

We also have searched for sheds for several months found countryside To have good quality construction, courteous people the driver also was great parked it in a difficult spot and helped to level it up would recommend them to anyone

Delivery was on time and shed was installed, leveled, and placed in the spot just right. The only thing that I would say needs improvement was communication with the lady that answers the phone and the guy selling the sheds. She had all the info wrong for my shed. The shed is perfect, great craftsmenship. Its just what we needed. Thanks again.

This was our second building from Countryside Barns. The first was a 10'x16' Garden shed with 8' sidewalls that we were very pleased with. We left it at the duplex we were living in at the time and decided to purchase a new building for our new home. The second building is a 10'x16' Utility shed. We went with the option for 8' sidewalls again and opted for the new LP Smartside siding. Phil and Hannah were very helpful in helping us choose our building and stain color. Matt did a great job delivering to the building to our small lot right on the busy highway! We are very satisfied with our experience with Countryside Barns and would recommend them to anyone that wants a high quality building at an economical price-point.Thanks Phil, Hannah, Matt, and anyone else who had a part in delivering us a great product!

Phil, my wife and I were very impressed with the total process from you handling our original order when we came to your facilty all the way through keeping us updated on build progress through the delivery on May 19. The quality was exactly what we expected and Ernie went well above and beyond our expectations with delivery. You see I had thought I had the site leveled and white rock put in place but Ernie quickly determined the site was still not level so he took out his rake and began moving white rock from the high side to the low side. When I picked up my rake to help, he said he could handle it and I should not worry and just relax and watch. At my age, I was ready to help but must admit it was nice to have his young and experienced help! He was a master at guiding the building with your delivery lift truck system through the many trees we have on our property to the site then using the weight of the building to make the final leveling adjustments. I worked a customer service related field for many years and learned a long time ago the difference between good service and great service, is lots of little things when added together, make the difference. You and your team did GREAT!
