I received a notification on the day itself, four hours before the class started at 1 p.m., informing me that my child was not suitable for the class and should attend the class at 3 p.m. However, an hour later, they informed me that the class could only be scheduled for the following week. All of this occurred despite the deposit having been paid one month ago. This situation could have been planned and communicated well in advance. Furthermore, I have yet to receive the refund after a week.
