My contract at Clever Accounts is prompt in responding to my queries, is courteous and knows her stuff. The only issue is that the Portal is slow to respond to updates and isn't as user-friendly as it could be...

It was easy to set up and the team supported me well with the process. Samantha was very helpful in explaining me how the software works and where to find the relevant reports. They assign you with a dedicated accountant who will communicate with you which I find very good. Always available at the other end when you want to speak to them.Signed up with Clever Accounts just before xmas last year, I am happy with the service so far. Provided them with my income and expenses for self assessment purpose, rest Clever Accountant did it for me. So overall a happy customer

I've been with Clever Accounts since 2016 and on the whole I have been pretty happy with their service. Over the years I've had different accountants allocated to be me. Started off with Matt, who was great, then Linda for a short time, then Abhijit who was also very good. I now have Chandan who is proving to be really good. Although this years company accounts cut it a bit fine in terms of timing, Chandan is professional, responsive and very helpful, long may this continue.
Reading some of the other reviews it really does prove that the reputation of any online accountancy business is down to the 'quality' of the people it has working for it. Better accountants = happier clients!

So far, Clever Accounts handles my business accounts very well. My accountant Amy is always available via email. This is despite the current situation with covid.
I've only been with them for less than a year so hopefully the standard will continue.

Clever Accounts have provided my accounting services since I started my company Re-envisageIT Ltd. 5 years ago. Their overall service level has been very good. A few minor errors but these were quickly dealt with. Very responsive accountants. and great not to have to deal with all the detailed account filing process.

My accountant Vijeta is very helpful and I get immediate responses. The software unfortunately doesn’t allow me to upload my bank statements so I’m having to send it across on a monthly basis. They also missed out on my VAT return but fixed it quickly.

Always good service and the portal is straight forward to follow; would be better if there was an app for the iPad and the phone app is limited as most tasks have to be completed through the portal

My initial contact with Clever Accounts was all it promised to be.
Very informative, sign up was easy and the set up very straightforward.
My boat brokerage business doesn't "fit" the norm and it was a little frustrating trying to make it work, but I soon got into the swing of it, with the guidance provided.
Can't praise Shawney enough, since she's taken over looking after me and my (now) two businesses, I couldn't be happier.
I'm always kept well informed of what's going on and I can rely on her to be there with advice and guidance when I need it.
The software can still be a bit awkward to use (hence 4 not 5 stars), but persevere and you get there!
