I had an excellent experience with Clever Accounts, especially during my initial period working with Hasib. He was extremely knowledgeable, always took the time to explain things clearly, and responded to my questions promptly. The service was outstanding, and I even recommended it to several friends.
However, after a year, I was assigned a new accountant, and my experience declined. I shared my concerns, and Hasib personally reached out to me right away. He made sure my queries were addressed and my accounts were updated. He went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied, assigning me to someone from his team so I don’t have problems in the future, which makes me feel relieved. I’m thankful for his commitment and his effort to make sure I’m happy with the service that I’m receiving.

Services are competitively priced, and my accountant, Adil Hussain, is highly skilled and professional. Scheduling a call with him is simple and efficient. He promptly delivers the necessary services.
Occasionally, responses may be slightly delayed due to the attention given to other clients. However, Adil's dedication and thoroughness more than compensate for any inconvenience.
Initially, I had reservations due to the firm's size compared to a smaller accounting office, as I was concerned about the potential lack of personal connection.
However, thus far, everything appears to be progressing smoothly.
