I have been following Carolyn now for pushing 9 years, and I absolutely love that she has landed at this high quality establishment. She has done an amazing job of training my hair and keeping it fresh and healthy. She is by far the best person who’s ever cut my hair, and I consider her a good friend of mine. She is very genuine, fun, and overall just fantastic, which makes coming to her time and again a no brainer aside from her high quality work that she consistently provides. Boardroom is a relaxing and elite environment that makes a haircut by Carolyn an elevated experience. Cannot recommend enough, if there were 6 stars I would give 6/5.

It is a standard to expect good service from any establishment- it is the bare minimum. However, Valerie and Katie have been the reason for my constant return. Their approach to customer service and attention to detail of care is top tier. I feel more than a value client- the bond is more of a friendship. Thank you both so much!
