Today was my 3rd visit to this location. My first time with Queen for Benchmark haircut. The absolute BEST experience EVER! Amazing! She pays close attention to detail and throughout the process ensures that what you have asked for is exactly what you’re getting! And of course since it’s benchmark, amazing hair wash, neck and face massage!! Also the BEST I’ve received and felt afterwards from it! Definitely made me feel refreshed! Because of Queen, I’ve decided to not only continue booking with her. But continue my membership!

I have been going to Boardroom for 4 years. I like the atmosphere and vibe there. Sandra T has been cutting my hair for the last year and I enjoy my visits with her. She is always professional, knows how I want it cut, is a good, interesting, conversationalist. Always makes me look better walking out than I did walking in!

Amber gives the best haircut in Nashville, and I’ve tried many of the top-rated hairstylists. Perfect balance of listening to what I want and giving her input to what looks good. Gives great at-home tips and is excellent at helping achieve long-term goals. Also a great conversationalist, but that’s just a bonus.
