Came in for a cut to shape up. KC did the work, made sure it was an inviting environment while being professional and knocked out the cut leaving me feeling like a million bucks and satisfied. Would highly recommend.

I’ve been going to the Plano location for the past 3 years. The staff is always very friendly and attentive. I’ve rotated to about 4 of the stylists there before settling mainly on KC. She’s very personable and she gets the job done very well and efficiently. Great customer interaction and always shows that she cares. Will be coming here for as long as I can!

I used The Boardroom in The Woodlands TX for 7 years prior to moving to Scottsdale where I have now been going to The Boardroom in Scottsdale for 3 years. I have been very pleased with Teresa whom has cut my hair now for 3 years. She is a true pro and I have only experienced great service and cuts from her. I drive 45 mins twice a month for hair cuts by her. I highly recommend Teresa.

Came here for the first time doing a walk in and got the benchmark haircut and a beard trim done by Sean. I didn't have anything particular in mind but Sean was extremely helpful in suggesting a cut and styling! The benchmark is definitely worth the extra money, the spa services were truly wonderful. Everyone was extremely friendly and the place was very clean. I can genuinely recommend this place to anyone.

I have been coming to the Frisco location since 2021 after moving to the area and trying out a bunch of other brands. Now I will not go anywhere else!
They always have staff that really know what they are doing and the owner personally ensures they can measure up to the standard before considering hiring them. I used to get my hair done by Viviana, then Gul, and now Nora. Not that the other ladies did a bad job, but I cannot be happier the experience and quality service that I get from Nora. My son has only had used her, and I now see why. Since my days in the military I have been very picky with whom does my hair even though I get it cut every week, and Nora has exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend getting a membership here and treating yourself because they will leave you spoiled and feeling like a King every time!
I also have to say that the recent change in management has only elevated the brand here in Frisco. Somehow, Jennifer has this place running so smooth and the vibe is just better. Seems like everyone here just really enjoys coming to work and doesn’t have drama with each other which is rare with this many ladies working together!

I’ve been a member for nearly three years and have always found the staff warm, welcoming and enjoyable. For the past year, i’ve been getting my haircut with Rebecca, and she consistently delivers high-quality results with a friendly and professional demeanor. Rebecca truly does go above and beyond to make each visit a great experience. She never makes me feel like just another customer - she takes her time, pays attention to detail and ensures every appointment is comfortable and enjoyable. She truly embodies what i look for in a barber, and im also proud to call my friend. I plan on booking my weekly haircut with her and look forward to more in the furure.

I told her I had a job interview coming up and she was very meticulous on cutting my hair and made sure I was professional looking and ready to go.
