I have been visiting Boardrooms for several years across the DFW area. Even back in the day when the Presidential Service was offered. (That was the best service I've had). When I found the Highland Village location, I had a not do great experience but the staff at the front listened and took action. They offered me a makeup session and set me up with another stylist. When I came back and met Katie. It was a night and day difference. Katie was thoughtful and listened. The benchmark is the service with the add on beard trim that I get. Katie did such a wonderful job that I finally became a regular member at this location. Katie has been amazing and has rolled with ask the twists and curves that I come in with. I definitely recommend Katie to take great care of you.
