It was an average experience. I don't want to oust anyone but the atmosphere, pictures, and prices made it seem like it was 'fancy' when it felt more like any chain haircut place with a lot of woodgrain. The haircut itself was below par and if I do decide to come back I'd at least try someone else as a stylist. It's ok overall but don't expect too much.
update: A very polite manager called and offered to correct the problem so I will be back with another update in a couple months.
Final update: I went back for a haircut after letting it grow back out and met with Gabriela. She was a very nice young woman who did a great job on my hair while maintaining a level of professionalism I can appreciate. This experience was far greater then my previous one and I gladly give five stars based off of my recent visit and the managers willingness to correct the before mentioned concerns.

I've never had a bad experience here. No matter what location I go to its top notch service. The Benchmark is always my service of choice. I highly recommend it. It's like a mini spa day after a great haircut.
I never choose a specific stylist because everyone has their own flare.
The environment is supper relaxing.
I come here only a handful of times a year, and it's like a reward for myself.

Such an amazing experience. Carolin Dixon was beyond awesome! She did such an amazing job! She listened to my requests and cut my hair and beard exactly how I’d imagined. I’m definitely planning on enrolling in their subscription program. I definitely recommend this establishment.

I came to see Jackman at the board room after a previous hair cut at a different place left my hair in need of fixing. Jackman did his thing and fixed me up right. Wife approved and he will now be my go to barber. 10/10 would recommend.

Carolyn has been cutting my hair for years and always does a fantastic job. I’ve never met someone who has known how to cut my type of hair from the very first visit. She continues to do great every time I see her!! I highly recommend asking for Carolyn.
Edit: 8 month later and I’m still coming back to see Carolyn. Her attention to detail and hair cutting skills are like no other hair stylist I’ve visited in the past. I still highly recommend her! 5/5 stars

Been coming here for close to a year now. It was hit or miss until I got Lidia as a barber a few months ago. Get the Benchmark every time. Nice atmosphere and free beverages.
