Ordered on the website, the shipping portion was a little confusing, but it is still much better than any other used parts sites I’ve used in the past. I called to verify my order, honestly after talking to Mike I really should have just called to place the order in the first place. I Will next time. Mike was awesome. Reassured the order was processed, let me know it would be ready in 24 hrs since still on vehicle. I let him know it was quite a drive to pickup, about 3hrs each way, so he told me he would call when ready so I could plan the trip to get there. Just like he promised, Mike called the next day and let me know it was ready, and earlier than expected. I tell you what, it was worth the drive. The price was fair, the part (rear passenger door) was perfect. These are for sure QC and Certified. Not a pull and sling operation. Everything went smooth. I highly recommend, these guys are top notch with their parts and their service. Thank for everything, next time my wife hits something, I’ll be getting the part from you.
