I don’t know how to even begin saying how thankful I am for Ryan, Danielle, and the rest of the team. I’ve been looking to sell my grandmas house which needed a ton of work done to it that I would never have been able to afford. We made the decision to move due to my husband’s job, but also to better our life as a family. The only issue was trying to sell the old house. I was so desperate and clueless, I thought I for sure was going to have to foreclose on it. Being that this was my grandmothers house, it felt wrong to let it go to the bank or to someone who wouldn’t appreciate it or take the time to make it beautiful. The house is old, but has potential.
