I was going to list my house with a realtor until I saw the Homebuyers of Pittsburgh ad. I called and had a meeting with Ryan and decided to sell my house to them. I needed a quick sale and they made that happen. Very professional and excellent communication throughout the process. My closing was yesterday and the notary came to my new location rather than me driving to Greentree to sign the paperwork. Outstanding company to work with!

We utilized HB of Pgh to sell our parents house and the process was handled very well. After an initial walk through, they made an offer quickly. The rep assigned (Danielle) was professional, helpful and responsive. The title/settlement company they utilize was also very professional and responsive. They kept us updated throughout the process and covered all costs as advertised. They even followed up after the closing to ensure all went well. I would recommend using them!
