This is the second time I have personally used Garage Experts. In the spring we turned a part of our garage into an outdoor bathroom so I decided instead of tile, I would use their flooring because it was durable and beautiful. I worked with April & Wes to pick out the best color for what I was looking for and asked that they add a little grit to it, so it would not be slippery when we went in from the pool! They nailed it and were spot on with the project! Showed up when they said they would and completed job on time- which lets be honest never happens any more! 7 months later, we had an issue with our concrete decking around our pool to the point, we were going to tear up our entire pool decking- the thought of that happening made me sick to my stomach....so I thought about an alternative and immediately reach out to April & Wes and they came to my rescue. They came out the next day, gave us a quote in 24hrs and had a custom sample made for us...mind this is HUGE job and they were so efficient with everything- TOP NOTCH customer service! When I say they came to our rescue they truly did! They had saved me and our pool company a lot of $$$ and time! The next week they had our entire pool deck complete- did I mention this was a large job- took them 3 days because they are so precise and careful and want perfection! I can go on an on about them! I will use them again when we are ready to coat the rest of our backyard concrete with epoxy! A big shout out to Ben, Micheal, & Levi for working non stop for 3 straight days and for making sure we loved everything they did! They worked so hard and were so polite and showed up on time every day!!! Every company should take a page of their book when it comes to customer service & quality of work! Thanks Garage Experts for saving us and for making our backyard oasis even better than it was better...you truly turned a pumpkin into a beautiful carriage !
