Both my grandparents were admitted to Pace hospitals on 10th May with severe COVID symptoms.
My Grandmom is 74 and obese. We were very worried for her, but she recovered soon to be charged. My Grandad was 77 and his condition escalated quickly with shortness of breadth and oxygen levels dropping to 85. He was a prostate cancer survivor and diabetic and he didn’t get vaccinated till then. He was admitted to the ICU at Pace hospitals. While we took second opinions of multiple pulmonologists in Hyderabad, none of them really gave us hope as his CT score was 21/25.
The 25 days that my Granddad spent in the ICU were very testing and nerve wrecking for our entire family. Thanks to the doctors and nursing staff at Pace hospitals as they took extremely good care of the patient, a case which other pulmonogists gave up on. My grand father is out of ICU, at home and fully recovering back to normal lifestyle. Dr.Dayanka was especially very supportive and took extremely good care of my Grand father. She ensured his case was discussed with the right set of doctors and constantly kept improving the treatment with new breakthroughs coming everyday for COVID.
Dr.Dayanka not only was a great medical advisor but also she counselled my Granddad to have hope and stay strong which is the most important thing in COVID recovery. She also gave immense emotional support and hope to my family that my Grand Dad will recover even though other doctors said otherwise. We really see this as a medical miracle, where my Granddad with no vaccine, diabetes and a cancer survivor has recovered, is home and is on the path to getting back to normal life. We are immensely Thankful to Mr.Govind Varma(Chairman),Mr.RP Singh(CEO), ICU doctors, nursing staff and especially Dr.Dayanka for taking exceptional care of Granddad and in aiding in his recovery.

I'm writing this at 1.30 a.m. at night. I just got back from Pace Hospital. My grandmother's Oxygen levels dropped below 95 for a brief period so we rushed to the hospital. It turned out to be nothing but during our time at Pace, the staff was extremely kind and empathetic. They answered every question that we had with utmost patience. It was the middle of the night and everyone was so tired but they still took the time to give us the best experience possible. I'm extremely grateful for their service and I would recommend Pace to every single person out there. You'll definitely be treated with respect and empathy. It's a place of rebirth for me!!!I would like to Thank Dr.Dayanka Dukkipati for her continuous support and complete dedication to serve the needy in this pandemic.unfortunately all my family members got affected and 5 were admitted in pace hospitals. My husband had much tough challenge during the initial days...later Dayanka mam has given good counseling...she has boosted him,brought all positive vibes,this has helped my husband to fight In ICU for around 15days and discharged and now he is recovering.Daily I used to receive her status call in which she explained in detail about the stats,she was answering all my queries with high patience.I agree "Medicines cure diseases but only Doctors can cure the patients "Dr.Dayanka a BIG salute to you mam,I see God in You.stay blessed Mam.

I have taken covid care home isolation package from PACE hospital. Very happy with kind of support and guidance received from Dr. Anand. Really appreciate the proactive consultations and followups. All the suggested medication are mostly available in all medical stores. Recommended only appropriate investigations unlike others from my past experience. Front office staff helped me with quick registration on call and assigned doctor promptly considering my situation during initial days of infection. I recommend PACE hospital if some one is searching for a better choice for covid care during home isolation.

The moment my mom tested positive my anxiety was off the charts. I was worried and so frustrated. I took the home care video consultation for covid and man it was the best thing I did.
