Thank you to Pace Hospital. Right from Anjali madam to all the ICU staff and Dr Goving Verma along with Dr Dhiraj sir...My father,68 yrs, who is parkinson patient was critically ill before admiting to PACE. My experience has been so far excellent and my father has been transformed into conscious good stage after discharge from icu. Everything at PACE whether its infrastructure, equipments, doctors, icu staff(so much hardworking bro and sis are there in ICU to take care of patient(your dear ones) like their own family member all the time in day) is excellent, caring and lovely. Doctor Govind Verma(Gaestroenterologist) and Doctor Dhiraj(Neffreologist) both are excellent team to patient. Their expertise level is extra terrestrial. No need to worry about patient once these two Doctors have taken responsibility of patient. I had visited few other hospitals where doctors were blaming my father saying patient is not cooperating while inserting ryles tube. Good doctor never blames patient and takes care of patient with his acquired medical skills and expertise and thats what happened at PACE. I told Govind Sir that there were 3 failed attempts in other hospital for ryles tube to which Dr Govind Verma smiled at me and said"Son, thats my headache and challenge if there is any problem, dnt worry about that". Later I saw my father with ryles tube functioning properly and then it was replaced with PEG tube to stomach. Thats what I call expertise. I am so much greatful to Dr Govind, Dr Dhiraj, ICU BRO n SIS, BILLING department for managing more than 80 percent of bill thru my insurance. It was good experience till discharge.
