The printed poster itself looks amazing and the 8.5 x 11 in handouts that I also ordered look great. Very professional. Great service at a reasonable price. The semi-gloss finish is professional but not tacky. Customer service was prompt and friendly. Unfortunately, FedEx lost my package a couple days before my presentation. The staff kindly re-printed my poster and overnighted it for me.

My husband and I used this company for the first time, and we will NEVER use them again. My husband is in his last class of his bachelors degree and had a huge presentation that he's been working on all semester in order to pass his class. Well, we chose to use this company to provide a professional poster presentation of his research, and when we open the box we had some 8th graders science fair project. We live in California and they sent use a robust that was supposed to go to Indiana. My heart is broken for my husband because this project was the determining factor of a pass or fail. I also feel for the 8th grader who worked so hard and now has nothing to show for it because of this companies mistake. I did not recommend anyone to use this company for important presentations, because even though you send in a proof and then the contact you and confirm everything a second time, they still can get it right.

I was skeptical about ordering my trifold poster online, but I was pleasantly surprised. A representative contacted me to suggest some things to improve the quality and he walked me through the whole process. My poster arrived next day and was perfect! Excellent service and really loved the compactness of the packaging that even included pushpins and Velcro circles along with the nice plastic bag for the poster to fit into and the quality of the small poster document pages. Very pleased with the product and have shared the site and photos of the finished product already with my professors at the University I'm attending.
