Many of us have 'immunofluorescence' images--micrographs with a black background and bright (fluorescent in real life) spots, squggles, lines, etc that outline structures of interest inside cells. typically, they look great on computer screens and terrible on printouts (when scientists are sharing data in printed form you often hear "this doesn't show up on the printout, but you'll have to believe me that..."). but, y'alls prints look fabulous and i'm always very pleased with how well my immunofluorescence data shows up in the posters.
