We've had a few issues due to our rental being "new construction" because our address was newly created in the annex which caused a bit of stress in finding an internet provider, but other than that Reeder Asset has been wonderful to work with. Scheduling a viewing was made easy online for convenience.. The application process was very well spelled out and thorough, Ann was responsive and helped answer all of our questions. Once approved, Ahyeh ensured that we recieved answers to any questions that we had regarding our lease and communicated with the owner in a timely manner. The Tenant portal is easy to follow and I love that it is accessible via phone app. This was the first rental that had the walk through checklist through your phone and it was impressive! The list was detailed, extensive and took a bit of time but provided so many small questions regarding current property condition that made it difficult to overlook any issues before moving in.

I have been applying for apartments in the Logan area for about three months now, but only super seriously about a month ago. The market here is incredibly competitive, and finding a place has been intense. I have applied to around 12 apartments and spoken to many more than that. I have spoken with countless application managers, landlords, and others involved in the renting process. Not one has been as helpful and as kind as Ann at Reeder Property Management! After the initial unit I applied for was leased by someone else, Ann patiently worked with me to find other potential options. She didn't have to do this, but she took her time to find me listings that I had missed. I cannot express how grateful I was for that. I also want to speak about how thorough this screening process was. My employer was contacted, my co-signers employer was contacted, my previous landlord was contacted, and even my doctor was contacted to confirm the authenticity of my ESA animal. No one else' that I applied to reached out to any of these people. I appreciate that they were serious and thorough in their screening process. It makes me feel that they are a professional company that takes their job seriously. Ann answered all of my questions promptly and made every step of the process easy! Even if I never rent from Reeder Property Management, I would recommend working with them to anyone!

Love the feature where you can just go view the rentals on your own by scheduling it online. So easy and convenient to use! But what made my experience even better was Ahyeh! I was having issues trying to get inside the building at the time of my viewing, so Ahyeh went above and beyond just to help me get inside the building. Took a lot of work on her end and she even stayed after hours just to make sure everything was taken care of. Very grateful that she was there to help me out!
