If you are an investor, especially out of town, there is "No substitute" for a trustworthy, honest, professional Property Management Company to manage your property, and for me, Reeder is that company. Owned and very closely operated by Cody Reeder, this company has shown me what true property management means. I live out of state and now for the first time in 12 years since I've owned my rental homes in Utah I do not feel that constant anxiety about things like: Do I have trustworthy renters?, is my property being cared for and maintained or is it falling apart?, will I get my rents on time?, if something goes wrong will my tenants be responded to quickly and professionally?, are my maintenance expenses fair and honest?, am I being updated and informed about the market and what's going on (Especially during this crazy time of Covid)?. I am way impressed! My job works a lot with Management Companies and their utility billing, and I have had an outstanding experience so far.
I had a current roommate and I that were looking into moving into an apartment together, but my current roommate backed out unexpectedly. We had been working with Camille in their leasing office, and she has been amazing.
As I was still looking for a place, I found a single apartment and text her back as she had been the contact I'd primarily been working with. She rolled over my application that was approved for the 2 bedroom to this one and took care of all of the details. Very professional, courteous, amiable and prompt. 12/10 would recommend.

We just wanted to say what an amazing communicator Whitney is in her job. She always keeps us up to date on what is happening, when we ask questions she promptly responds. When there is an issue with the property and she sends out a Work order and we decide to replace rather than fix an appliance, fixture etc, she follows through and handles it the way we’ve directed.
Not only that, but her emails are always friendly and positive and she gives direct and full answers to our concerns. When we know Whitney is taking care of something we don’t worry about it at all! It’s the peace of mind that we hoped for when we signed up with Reeder in the first place. We only wish she could take care of all aspects of our property, but we are glad at least it’s maintenance because that’s a constant need.
