WOW… Not sure where to even begin! Cody and his team have been managing some of my properties for 11 months now, and I could not ask for a better partner and professional to handle my properties! The difference between my previous property managers and Reeder is NIGHT AND DAY. Cody and his team are the most professional and efficient property managers that I've come across. I did a lot of research before making this move as I did not want to make another mistake, they have delivered on everything that was promised.
After researching several property managers in Salt Lake and Weber County, I contacted Cody due to the overwhelming positive reviews from both property owners and renters as I was struggling with my prior property manager. It was important to me to find someone who is personable and responsive not only to me, but also to my tenants. Cody and his team Andra, Camille, Trinda & Maz went out of their way to make the transition as painless as possible AND CONTINUE TO.
After moving half my properties in September 2018, I could see an immediate difference in the level of service that I was missing, specifically with differed maintenance that was not being addressed, long response times to both myself and tenants and statements/payments not being done timely. I gave my previous property manager a 6 month notice to step up with the remaining properties hoping for the best with the move.
Well, Cody and his team did not disappoint and my prior property manager failed completely with the service continuing to decline and am still finding issues on some of these properties almost a year later. I ended up moving the property management for the remaining properties in March 2019, and could not be happier. It is so nice to go to google reviews and see my tenants posting positive reviews now instead of angry ones to get something fixed or just to get a call back!
I highly recommend Cody and his team at Reeder Asset Management. Amazing people, affordable price and most important, everything from maintenance to the monthly statement is addressed in a timely manner! This is the way property management should be! I am looking forward to continuing our relationship for a long time.

Kianna was great to work with, there were a few issues here and there that weren’t her fault or Reeders and they always did their best to fix and resolve them. I can’t think of a single issue they didn’t fix for us. Reading some of the reviews we were reluctant at first to rent from Reeder but they definitely seem to have turned things around. Kianna did an awesome job dealing with all our issues!!

Reeder is a firm but fair professional rental agency. I rented with them for two years (7/2017 - 7/2019). During the first year, the apartment building I was living at was sold and I had to leave. Reeder found me another apartment that was better than what I had and they rented it to me at the same price. The new apartment was clean and ready to move it. I had no problems with it and a year latter when I was ready to move out I notified the apartment manager Maz who instructed me on the move out process. Maz was very professional and helpful to me throughout my move out. I left the apartment as clean as it was when I moved in but with some normal wear-and-tear that she understands happens. Renting between a renter and a landlord can be frustrating but Reeder keeps it professional. Follow the rules and you should have a good experience too.
