We lived in a Reeder property from 2015-2018. The property was in good condition and we paid on time every month for three years.
After we moved out of the property there were some discrepancies in charges to our account, but BJ Reeder gave me his personal cell phone number and we were able to resolve the issue and come to a fair agreement.
The few maintenance requests we put in over the three years were completed in a timely fashion and it was a good, safe property for us to live in.
