I had a leak in my refrigerator. The technician who came arrived on time and knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it in a very efficient manner. I absolutely would call your company again for any appliance repairs. I really was very impressed by this technician and his knowledge and efficiency.

After calling several appliance repair services that could not come for at least 2 weeks, I called General Appliance. They scheduled an appointment for me for the very next day! The technician who came (Moriel) was prompt, courteous, & offered sound advice for my refridgerator repair. I would highly recommend General Appliance for any of your appliance repairs. I had an exceptional experience! I had a malfunctioning washing machine which over flowed and flooded my house. Moriel, the technician who came to my house, was very thorough and welcomed my input to help diagnose the problem. He even helped me move some of my furniture so that I could remove remaining water. After coming up with a provisional diagnosis that we both agreed upon, he ordered the part to fix the next day. However, his supervisor thought the part would not solve the problem. The technician and I discussed the possibility that the part may not fix the problem but agreed that nothing ventured nothing gained. Moriel returned to install the part and unfortunately the problem did not make it worth repairing the machine. Nonetheless, Moriel spent an inordinate amount of time and exceeded my expectations.
