My fence looks great! The sales process at the beginning went well - prompt responses, no-pressure follow-ups. I was warned of a long wait for installation, so that was no surprise. Once scheduled, the date was firm and our fence was installed. That said, my interaction with the office was often frustrating, as I had to deal with lack of communication (they initially had my email wrong), unreturned phone calls, and unscheduled inspection. Very friendly, pleasant office but I got the feeling they had a lot going on, so some things fell through the cracks. In the end, we’re very happy with our new fence.
