My Betr Health started with a work benefits program. It is a great program and highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to get started on their own health journey or to anyone who is struggling to find a plan that works. In 27 days I was able to drop 8.5% body fat, increase my energy, get better sleep quality, feel less bloated, and decrease sweet cravings. It’s such a simple and easy plan to follow. No counting calories and never left feeling hungry or unsatisfied with any meal.

I started my Betr journey on July 14, 2025. Today is August 14th, and I am down 25.5lbs. That's a scale victory, but here are the non-scale. I have diverticulitus, and have not had one flare-up since starting. My energy has increased generously in the past month. I am sleeping much better and wake up without the shoulder or hip pain that I was used to. Don't get discouraged, you may have to make adjustments so the journey works for you. I enjoy cooking at home and found the recipes easy to make and delicious. Prepping is so important and if you make sure to do that, you are well on your way. Do I miss certain things? Of course I do. Cheese is a staple in this Wisconsin household, but I know it will be added back in soon. Big take-away is knowledge. How to cook healthier, eat healthier. I think more about the choices I am making, instead of just opting for convenience. Lean on your coach, reach out if you have questions, maybe even need a little push. Beth was awesome! Lastly, this is a journey! Make it a great one!! Make it a Betr one!!

So I started this program 5 weeks ago looking for something to finally work that was a lifestyle of eating I could do forever. I am not a vegetable person but decided that the reason I wasn't was because I didn't want to think about things too much, I just wanted it simple. Well with high cholesterol I needed to "Think" about it because I didn't want to go on meds. So now I have learned that I actually really like vegetables, prep is super easy, I now know what to plant in my garden every year and the best part is i have lost 7% of my body weight and dropped my cholesterol 40 points in this short amount of time. I love how I feel, how I am sleeping, my energy level, my mood and the boost to my brain that I can do anything! I never go to the Doctor except for my annual checkups so it is really important for me to do everything I can to be healthy all the time and not on a yo-yo! I am confident I will reach all my goals by September and I will stay healthy for the rest of my life. This has made me very aware of everything that is going in my mouth and how it affects me and I am so happy I finally feel like I am in control of my health! I have been very pleased with the Betr Health program, I have lost over 20 % of my body weight (80lbs) in about six months It has been very helpful in reducing my arthritis pain and my energy levels are much better. I haven’t felt the need for a nap in months! To tell the truth I don’t feel right if I don’t eat 70% raw vegis, and find I enjoy them more than cooked. Coach Lisse has been very supportive and responsive to any issues that I have had. Highly recommend this program Ted Baker

I have not completed the program I am on level 2 and dropped 15 pounds the first 3 weeks. I use to meal prep and work out 5 days a week without seeing any results. I started with Betr health and the weight just started to fall off. Not only am I grateful for the weight loss but I am so grateful for my new sense of well being. I sleep good, I eat good, I have suffered from depression and anxiety and it is gone! My heartburn is gone! I feel like a whole new me and I don't ever want to go back! Thank you to my Coach, Carol for being so supportive and caring and going above and beyond for me and giving me support when I felt like I was not giving myself enough credit. I can not give Betr health enough stars, 5 stars just doesn't do this program justice. It not only gives you your life back but it adds a whole new level of life. I am forever Grateful and WILL continue to utilize the program and this way of life. What I thought life was and what it is... This program was life altering for me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I started the Betr journey because I was so tired of being tired, over weight and unhappy. Since starting not only have I noticed a difference my friends and family have as well. This program is truly amazing. It's simple, the AI helps with any questions. Your coach is there for you and helps you with any obstacles. My coach Mossy was like a long lost friend. ❤️

Hey, I just wanted to say thanks for the encouraging video that truly made my day. Big shout out to my coach Evie. She's always there to listen, encourage, teach, and share lots of laughs with me. Before starting this program, I was at my heaviest, my body was shutting down, and nothing I tried worked. I gained weight and my body worsened to the point where walking was impossible. I feared ending up in a wheelchair like my mom, but then I discovered Betr Health. Learning that foods could help me lose weight and heal my body was a game-changer. It's been three weeks, and I've nearly lost 15 pounds. My energy is incredible, I wake up energetic, and my mental clarity is great. No more acid reflux, bloating, or negative feelings. My outlook on life is now positive, and within the first week, everything started changing for the Betr. I didn't experience any detox issues like headaches or other unpleasant symptoms. My body's reactions have all been positive. I just finished my second walk of the day, and I've almost walked a full mile, which is incredible for me. Hey, I'm Carl Smith. This is my first time doing something like this. I'm not usually one to record things, but I wanted to share a bit about my experience with this program. It's really helped me uncover things about myself I needed to face and has allowed me to make more progress than ever before. It's given me practical ways to eat and live, even if I'm not following everything perfectly. I feel Betr equipped to handle it. I wish I could be more involved with the program long-term, maybe even as a coach someday. My coach has been very encouraging, even when I was just venting about unrelated stuff. This journey uncovered a lot for me, and the support was exactly what I needed. Eating right isn't just about food; it's a reflection of my whole life. I have enjoyed my experience with the Betr program! Having a list of the many food choices, made making a weekly meal plan very easy! Not having to count calories or macros was a huge plus for me! My coach, Sarah. was in daily communications with me and right there to encourage and answer any questions I had! I lost the stubborn 5 lbs in 4 weeks but more importantly, I lost the bloating and sluggish feelings I suffered from! Being conscious of eating 3 full meals and 2 healthy snacks each day helped eliminate nighttime cravings, which was my weakness! Having access to weekly podcasts and Betr recipes was also very helpful! I’ll be 80 years old in December, go to the gym 4 times a week and play pickle ball 4 mornings a week. I plan on continuing the Betr way of eating to continue living an active, healthy lifestyle!

I have tried every “lifestyle change/diet” you can think of. Counting macros, keto, weight watchers, personal nutrition coach, RP templates, paleo. Being taught WHAT foods to eat is a game changer. Being able to eliminate toxic food for MY body has helped me get really in tune with my body and what It needs. It does not need a lot! I have seen amazing results. My period got back on track, my skin was glowing, i mentally and physically felt great. I was still able to lift weights and run and have so much energy. My partner and I’s relationship has gotten better. I lost 12lbs in 4 weeks. The same 12 pounds I’ve been trying to lose for years. I now have all this knowledge in my back pocket and confidence that i can hit reset whenever i want. My coach was always there for me with any questions i had and really kept me on the right path. I would 12/10 recommend.

This program was recommended to me by my health insurance company. I am so glad I made a decision to sign up. The Betr Health program is easy to follow and made such a difference for me. I am down 6% of my body weight in 4 weeks. My coach, Gail, is the absolute best ! She’s encouraging, knowledgeable and has the greatest personality. I just wanted to share the incredible experience I’ve had with Betr Health. I found this program by accident through my health insurance and 10 weeks in I’m done 20 percent in weight but most importantly my anxiety is all but gone. The connection between or gut health and our mental health seems undeniable i was actually looking on my health insurance app regarding therapy when I stumbled upon it. Sometimes life hands you a little more than you think you can handle but how amazing it is to find that following Dr Ferris’s protocol has put me in the wonderful position to be my betr me. I’ve been so supported from day one. My coach Rachael was always there for me. She totally set me up to go on without her. I can’t say enough good things about her and this program. I was referred to Betr Health by Blue Shield. I immediately received a really nice digital scale and Fitbit. I worked the program pretty much as advised, it's not easy in the beginning but I was surprised how much I liked the changes, including more vegetables. I really thought it would be all about lowering sugar intake, but it was much more about anti-inflammatory foods and no processed food. It does force you to cook a bit. But I finally ordered food from the Betr Market and you get a TON of food for $200ish. It will last me weeks. I put everything in the freezer, except for what I was eating that week. All of it is really delicious, and I like that it's mix and match, vs. full meals. I really like the calls with Dr. Ferro. You must do one in your first couple weeks - everything will make so much more sense! He is so knowledgeable. Overall, in 6 weeks I have lost 16 pounds. I have a lot more to go, but I do feel like I've learned to make better choices. It's a long-term lifestyle plan, not a diet. I highly recommend this program!
