I learned about Betr Health from a friend . I observed her experience and when I was ready to make the commitment I was very optimistic. To say the least I am not disappointed: ) The online guides along with their app leave me feeling confident important information is always within reach. My personal coach reaches out on a regular basis to answer any questions. I’m just entering Level 1 week 3 and have experienced notable changes, clothing fits loosely, my skin has improved and my energy is remarkable.What makes me happiest is that my arms are fitting easily into the sleeves of my clothing. I am very happy with this program.

After 20 years of trying many different programs, pills, powders, and exercise routines, I finally found a lifestyle that works! Betr Health is not a diet, not a fad, not any need to count calories, it is all about eating "clean" and feeding your microbiomes. I never knew the connection between my gut and my brain until Dr. Ferro showed me the way my body works! This is my new way of life and easy to follow. Just finishing up level 1 and I'm down 11 pounds! (6% of my body weight!) I also have more energy, feel more focused, wake up before my alarm in the morning, and no heartburn!! We aren't supposed to have heartburn and indigestion - our bodies are telling us we aren't eating correctly, not to go take medications. I love the philosophy of gut health and food as medicine that this program is based on. It is easy to follow and you get lots of support. The app is easy to use and helped keep me focused. I've changed my habits for the Betr!! If you stick to the level 1 protocol, I don't think there is any way that you won't succeed.

This journey is not simply about losing weight. It’s about getting your gut healthy and this is what I needed. I’m all on board with this! Then I get this AMAZING coach, Della Flynn! She has an enormous heart and she really cares. Today I found out they were removing my training wheels by taking Della away from me. This really shook me. I may not be able to communicate with her but her voice will remain in my ears and my heart forever. Thanks Della for being who you are, now go and be a blessing to someone else. I will miss you.

When I saw their focus was building gut health and using whole foods and not any calorie counting, I knew this was for me. Their approach is research-backed, but simple enough for everyone to follow long-term, which makes it a lifestyle not a diet. Weight loss is a bonus on this program but not the main goal - overall health is, and I love that. Having a CEO who regularly interacts with and answers questions from his members is so encouraging. I'm so glad I've joined the movement to be #betr.
