Hi guys hi everyone hi team some of which I haven’t met yet but Liz my coach is awesome I appreciate when she sends me a comment that is helpful and the quality of the recipes the taste and the simplicity were a bit surprising to me meaning it’s not overwhelming to prepare the meals like I was thinking it would be this was such a joy to start this program and so far after two weeks today being my third week day 2- REALLY do feel different and just want to share those thoughts with everyone good luck

Betr Health was just what I needed during the pandemic! I love the meals and feel good! I am doing this to lose the quarantine weight I’ve gained and to kickstart my metabolism. This is my second time with Betr Health and I highly recommend the program! I have more energy throughout the day, sleep better, and am just happier!

This has been a life changing experience. This program changed my life. Not only did I lose weight, but I feel so much better. I have more energy, I sleep better, no bloating, no headaches, and I know how to prepare and cook healthy meals. I learned that you don't need grease, a lot of salt, and heavy sauces for your food to taste good. It's not a diet, it's a lifestyle change. Food is here to nourish us, give us energy, keep us alive; food wasn't meant to make us sick or be the cause our death...we can control that.

I have been on the Betr Health program for 3 weeks now. I am down 14 pounds but the better results are that I no longer crave sugar, I sleep so much better and I have a lot more energy. My coach has been awesome! He sends encouragement and tips daily. He is patient with my questions and problem areas. I recommend this program 100%!

I started my Betr Health journey on September 21rst and so far I am down 16.1 pounds down and feeling much better! I have a great coach named Keith, who guides me and uplifts me daily. The program is easy to follow and I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a different way to get and stay healthy! I have a long ways to go but I’m confident and motivated that now I can do this and do it well! The support is awesome and we have a great community both in the Betr Health App as well as on Facebook! Give it a shot people! You won’t regret it.
