If you are on Medicare sometimes you are not seen by the doctor. I was seen by Doctor Buck, who listened to all my information and thoroughly explained my options for knee pain.

I arrived at my designated time and was seen promptly. The staff was very kind, professional and friendly. I explained my problem and was seen by Ashley the PA. She was very caring and did a terrific job of telling me her findings and what her thoughts were on my condition. Ashley conferred with Dr Buck. Dr Buck agreed with the diagnosis and then proceeded to treat me. The are an amazing orthopedic group.

My first visit with the team at MD West ONE Fremont was great, check in went very smooth, and each step there after was great, Dr Buck was very comforting communicating with, I am at ease with continued care from this team, facility is also kept tip top and very nice

My appointment at Midwest One was perfect from the beginning. The young lady at the desk when going in was courteous and helpful… the person doing VB Italy was also very helpful & said Dr Buck would be in shortly. Which he was had to have XRay and that person was courteous as well…. Very professional and kind. I would say my appointment went well right from the start. I was in a wheelchair and the young lady placed me by the TV to wath while waiting the wait time was short . All went very well.

I have always believed in Dr Buck! Not only a surgery many years ago on the knee and shoulder was successful but getting injections regularly has helped me manage any pain I have on the other knee and shoulder. I also love the nurses and our visits and Dr Buck is always friendly, like a longtime friend! I appreciate completely in their care and their friendliness!!! 5 stars for me!!
