Brian is a phenomenal host. Here’s why:
1. Easy to book with (we booked with him 1 month ahead)
2. Sent us multiple options outside of our original plan which was to go see Diplo at XS. Options were day clubs, bachelor/bachelorette spots ;) and night clubs for the rest of the weekend, even services for IVs just in case we drank too much! All with pricing so you knew what you were going to get.
3. Then the week came for our trip, and he went out of his way to remind us through text and provided details on how it will work out for us for the party evening.
4. Once we got to XS, he walked us in personally in a separate entrance with ease and we didnt need to wait in any sort of line. Keep in mind, if we got tickets through XS, we would’ve been waiting in a long line just to get in!
5. He gave us drink tickets!
6. Followed up with us the day after if we had a good time.
So in summary, his customer service was A . This is our second time booking with him (other time was for bottles at Omnia for a group of 10) and both times were so so smooth. My whole party was thankful and surprised by how easy it was to skip all the madness at the front of these clubs.
Thanks Brian! Highly recommended! If you aint using him, good luck in those long lines…

We had an amazing experience at Omni in Ceasers palace the other day. Big thanks to Brian Pfeiffer for getting us VIP tickets for a better deal for three of us. It was a last minute plan and the whole process was smooth and we got into the venue without any hassle. I highly recommend Brian Pfeiffer if you want a good deal for VIP entry to nightclubs.

Seamless entry into XS during a headliner night. We bypassed the massive General Admission line and entered via the VIP Table Service line. Who wants to spend the night in line? The VIP entry was so worth it.
