At first I was reluctant to hire another "resume writing service." Prior to hiring Fred to review and revise my resume, I hired another individual who supposedly is an expert resume writer. This was nearly one year ago and I walked away very dissatisfied for reasons I won't go into. Fred came highly recommended from an employment agency that I am currently registered with. During my initial conversation with Mr. Mariani, I walked away confident knowing that he "knows what he's taking about, when it comes to writing resumes and cover letters for educators." His thorough knowledge of the job market as well his foresight are both admirable and respected. I have been invited to several interviews and am excited for the upcoming interviews. Fred knows what he is taking about and is very responsive. He delivers and goes above and beyond what I initially hired him for. I was happy with the resume and cover letter that I received from Resumes Etc. They turned it around in a reasonable time frame for a reasonable price. They largely just revamped my existing copy from my LinkedIn and old resume but it has a more professional presentation than before. I was able to take what they provided and polish it up a little bit with my own design and copywriting skills.

I contacted Fred back in 2010, to do my resume and cover letter. I met with him and within a couple of days, I had a fantastic resume that I was proud to send out. As soon as I sent it out, I started receiving calls for interviews and also received quite a few complements on how professional and well written the resume looked. Fast forward to 2020 and my father was in need of a new resume and cover letter after working for his prior employer for many years.
