I’m so pleasantly surprised at my progress since Betr Health. I joined May 14th, had a soft start, walked 20mins a day, drank waters and loosely followed the Level 1 baseline food list. I saw results immediately. I’ve been losing weight since! I’m down 20lbs in 1 month (had much to lose and more to go). I love the Food as medicine method, and Im embracing the new lifestyle change where the results speak for you. The Betr meals helped me get off to a great start, and avoid temptation. The best is I’m learning more about me, my body and the food medicine that works for me. There is no pressure or punishment, and there is great support. My coach is Awesome and Dr. Ferro gives excellent information every week. I’m thankful for my journey to Betr Health!
